核酸修饰是指在DNA、RNA碱基A\T\G\C\U以及核糖上的各种修饰,是表观遗传修饰的重要层面。是指在基因核苷酸序列不发生改变的情况下,基因表达可遗传变化,从而调控多种生理功能的一门遗传学分支学科。人体正常的生长发育与DNA甲基化水平的正确保持息息相关,异常的甲基化水平会导致相关基因的表达异常,进而诱导疾病。核酸修饰与多种疾病关联,主要包括:代谢性疾病、神经疾病、精神疾病、心血管疾病、骨质疏松、内分泌系统、肿瘤、衰老、皮肤疾病、炎症和免疫等。

样本要求:
♦ DNA:总量≥4μg/sample,浓度≥50ng/μL;OD 260/280≥1.8,OD260/230≥1.8;
♦ RNA:总量≥2μg/sample,浓度≥50ng/μL;OD 260/280≥1.8,OD260/230≥1.8。
注:核酸溶解在超纯水中,OD260/280、260/230 达不到标准,但差距不大,其他条件符合要求,且样品呈不粘稠状态,可以用于核酸检测;
